Odyssey Office Manager
'09 and '10 Girl's Coach
Raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Taylor is a local athlete who grew up learning to love the game at a young age. She played 3 years in High School on the Saginaw varsity squad, while playing with Sting Soccer Club for 4 years in Lake Highlands D2. Taylor attended and attained a soccer scholarship at Eastern New Mexico University prior to retiring competitively due to successive injuries. She has a total of 15 years of competitive soccer.
After retiring from competitive games, Taylor maintained her love for the sport and focused on her education at Dallas Baptist University where she attained a Master of Education in Kinesiology and turned her passion towards training youth sports. She spent 2 years coaching for Global Futbol Training in camps, group, and private skills training. As a self-proprietor, she continued privately training new athletes for 3 more years.
Taylor has a tremendous heart for teaching young athletes how not only to be skilled soccer players, but also for teaching them how to be good sportsmen, and well-rounded human beings. She believes that the game can teach focus, teamwork, and responsibility. These are aspects that she touches on when working with young athletes, as well as teaching them technical footwork they will need to be successful in the sport.
With a USSF National License, Taylor is eager to work hard and have fun with athletes of all ages while she continues to learn and grow on and off the field with her teams.
